Lissa Smith - Parent Coach

This is Lissa's first year as a parent coach but not her first year in the swim environment.  Lissa swam for Sea Lions when she was young as well as swam in high school. Swimming has always been an interest in Lissa and her family's life if competitively and/or leisurely. Lissa looks forward to coaching her daughter, Ella, as well as the other Sea Lions. Lissa is most looking forward to meeting new Sea Lion swimmers and families and building trust within each swimmer as we work together to learn techniques to becoming a successful swimmer. Lissa resides in St. Johns with her husband Mike and children Ella and Canaan.
